Urszula is at the centre of Kilmal’s operations, combining her customer service background with a sharp focus on organisation, marketing and process improvement. On the Helpdesk, she liaises daily with clients, subcontractors and engineers to keep projects running smoothly, while also managing Kilmal’s social media presence to strengthen the company’s visibility and brand.
Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Urszula plays a key role in developing Kilmal’s internal processes. She has been instrumental in streamlining workflows, updating systems and supporting compliance documentation - ensuring efficiency across helpdesk, accounts and project delivery.
With over a decade of customer service experience, Urszula is known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail and empathetic approach. She thrives in dynamic environments, values collaboration and enjoys bringing new ideas that bridge operations and marketing.
