With over two decades of experience across contracting, client-side and development roles, Laurence brings deep expertise in building, property and commercial operations. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, he has worked with leading national and North West businesses before founding and growing Kilmal into a trusted provider of maintenance, compliance and fit-out services.

As Director, Laurence leads from the front - using his core skill set to appraise opportunities in maintenance, projects and property, while overseeing Kilmal’s financial strategy and building long-term client relationships. Known for his collaborative approach, he is committed to creating a culture where success is shared and the business continues to evolve through innovation and teamwork.
