Kilmal was appointed to deliver the full reinstatement of a large-scale commercial warehouse, returning the facility to a fully operational, tenant-ready condition while meeting strict compliance and sustainability requirements. The design and build programme covered extensive structural repairs, full mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation and a complete CAT A fit-out of office and welfare spaces.
The works included structural steel frame reinforcement, new foundations, roof reinstatement, external cladding, drainage systems and extensive internal finishes. Sustainability was embedded into the specification, with durable, recyclable materials selected to maximise longevity and reduce environmental impact. Energy-efficient systems, including LED lighting and advanced HVAC, were integrated to improve performance while reducing operating costs.
